Introduction

Orders can be placed using any of the following methods:

  • Online via our Secure Checkout
  • Mail Order via our Mail Order Form
  • By Telephone

To place an order online using our Secure Checkout, start by adding the desired items to your shopping cart.


Shopping Cart

The shopping cart is used for orders placed via our Secure Checkout, and Mail Order. To add items to your shopping cart:

  1. Go to the RE Shoring Wall Order Form page. Click here to go there.
  2. Select the desired license type and the number of users, then click the Add to Cart button for that item.
    Note: Only one item can be added to your cart at a time. When you add an item to your cart, the Shopping Cart page will appear, listing all of the items in your cart.
  3. To add another item to your cart, return to the Order Form page and add the next item.

Before placing an order, be sure to review the items in your shopping cart and make any changes needed.

Item Quantity: Items are added individually (to order two of the same product, add it twice). This allows for setting the User Quantity to different values for each item in your cart.
To change the number of users (User Qty) for an item: The user quantity can be changed for network licenses only. Local Licenses are single-user licenses.
To remove any single item from your cart: Uncheck the Buy checkbox for that item.
To remove all items from your cart and start over: Click the Discard Cart Contents button.


Secure Checkout

To place your order and pay online using our Secure Checkout, first add the items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart.
Then go to the Secure Checkout page by clicking the Checkout Now button on the Shopping Cart page, or by selecting Checkout from the Order menu.

Step 1: Enter Billing Information. If your credit/debit card requires that your middle initial be included when making an online purchase, be sure to include it in the First Name field (e.g., John M.).

Step 2: Enter Shipping Information. If you checked Ship Order to Billing Address on the Billing Information page, the Shipping Information form will contain the information you entered on the Billing Information form.

Step 3: Select Shipping Method.

Step 4: Payment Information. The charges, including the Total to be paid, are listed for your review and approval. Enter your bank card information, then click Submit Payment.

If at any point in the checkout process, you need to make changes, click the Start Over button. The process will start over at the beginning, but you will not have to re-enter all of the information again. Just change any fields that require changing, then continue on to the next step.

Online ordering/payment is currently only available to:

  • The United States and its possessions
  • Canada
  • Mexico

Orders from most other countries can be made by phone or mail order. Payment must be made by check or money order (no credit/debit or wire transfers), and no purchase orders.


Telphone Orders

Call the local or toll-free number listed at the top of the website. If you reach us after normal business hours, please leave a detailed message that includes the following, and we will return your call within 2 business days:

  • Company Name
  • First and Last Name
  • Phone Number and the best time to call you back.
  • Email Address

Mail Orders

To place an order by mail:

  1. Prerequisite: Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart.
  2. Select Mail Order from the Order menu.
  3. Mail Order page:
    • Complete Step 1: Shipping Information
    • Complete Step 2: Shipping Method (if more than one shipping method available)
    • Click the Print Order Form button to print out the completed mail order form.
  4. Review the printed mail order form. Check for any printing issues (see Printing Issues). Verify that all of the information on the form is correct.
  5. Mail the completed order form and a check or money order made out for the full amount to the address listed on the mail order form.

If at any point in the process, you need to make changes, click the Start Over button. The process will start over at the beginning, but you will not have to re-enter all of the information again. Just change anything that needs changing.

Printing Issues

The mail order form was design to fit on 8.5x11 inch paper. If the entire order form does not fit on the printed page, change the left and right print margins to 0 and print the form again. To change the print margins in Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open a new tab (<Ctrl+T>). Type about:config in the address field, then press the <Enter> key.
  2. On the This might void your warranty page, click the I accept the risk! button.
  3. A list of available preferences will be displayed. Type print.print_margin in the Search field. The 4 margin preferences will be listed. Make a note of the current values, in case you want to change back to the original values later.
  4. Right-click on print.print_margin_left and select Modify from the popup menu. Enter 0 (zero) in the Enter string value dialog, then click the OK button.
  5. Right-click on print.print_margin_right and select Modify from the popup menu. Enter 0 (zero) in the Enter string value dialog, then click the OK button.
  6. Close the about:config tab.
